A custom plan, the seller needs to buy if they want that the order made by any client on BigCommerce should directly move to FBA and they should manage the shipment.

3 days trial of FBA order management is free, after that, the seller needs to pay the amount, in case if they want to continue with the service, i.e they want the Multichannel Importer App to manage orders.

Once the order is fulfilled by FBA the tracking ID will be sent to the BigCommerce Store and, the seller can track the order if required.
