Before using the Zoho Inventory integration app, there are a few prerequisites you should meet to ensure a smooth experience.
- An account with Zoho Inventory. (Click here to create a new Zoho Inventory account)
- An account with one or all selling channels, i.e., BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Note: If you list a product on any selling channel (BigCommerce/ WooCommerce/ Magento) but if the item is not available on Zoho Inventory, then the integration app creates the product automatically on Zoho Inventory with the basic details. But, it doesn’t work vice-versa; therefore, if you are creating items on Zoho Inventory, the same items should be manually added to your BigCommerce/Magento/WooCommerce store.
