Here are the steps to connect a new Facebook/Instagram account to your app:

• Go to the Settings tab, and select Accounts.
• All the connected accounts will appear. 
• Click on Connect New Account. A New Account Connection confirmation box will appear.
• Select Disconnect & Continue.
• You will be redirected to the Facebook account page. Complete the FBE process.
• Your new account will be successfully connected to your app.

Note: If you proceed with the “Disconnect & Continue” option, your current account campaigns will be disconnected, and the catalog will be deleted.

Additionally, all your existing campaigns will be archived, and the status of every campaign will be displayed as disconnected. And you won’t be able to recover your campaigns again in the future.
