2.1.2.Different Campaign Status ↑ Back to Top
All the campaigns created in the Meta Ads for Buy with Prime app are displayed through a status. There are eight different status associated with the campaign.
Here are the eight different status:
- Pending: When a user creates and schedules a campaign, but Meta has not approved it yet, the status of the campaign gets displayed as ‘Pending.’
- Active: When a campaign has been successfully created and published on the selected platforms, the status of a campaign is displayed as ‘Active.’
- Scheduled: The status of a campaign is displayed as ‘scheduled’ when a user creates and schedules a campaign to run in the future.
- Paused: The status of a campaign is displayed as ‘paused’ when a user manually stops the campaign from running on Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, no cost per action will be assessed throughout the paused session.
- Error: A campaign displays ‘Error’ when it is disapproved or fails to set up on Facebook. Merchants must take the necessary actions suggested by Facebook to resolve the error.
- Ended: When a campaign automatically ends on the arrival of the End date, the status of the campaign is displayed as ‘Ended.’ Please note that the campaign actually ends at 23:55 on the day preceding the specified end date.
- Disconnected: The status of a campaign is displayed as ‘Disconnected’ when the current ad account is disconnected from the app and a new ad account has been connected. The Campaigns associated with the previous account are shown as ‘Disconnected.’
- Archived: The status of a campaign is displayed as ‘Archived’ when a user archives a campaign, and it is deleted from Facebook.
