To view the Colizey help and support

  1. Go to Magento Admin Panel.
  2. On the Colizey menu, click Help and Support
    The page appears as shown in the following figure:

On this page of the Admin panel, the following links are available:

  • Submit issue via ticket – Seller can submit the ticket to resolve the issue.
  • Send us an E-mail – Seller can send the mail to CedCommerce.
  • Connect via Skype – Seller can connect via Skype directly with the development team.
