Overview of the App

Once you have successfully logged in to your account, you will be directed to the dashboard. The dashboard of the app contains all the information about your products, orders, ad campaigns, such as the management tool that tracks, analyzes, and displays information in order to help you monitor the different status of your selling process.

The CedCommerce: Facebook & Insta app is divided into ten different sections.

  • Dashboard: Keep records of all the products and orders, and also shows recent activities.
  • Product Template: Create a profile to upload products as per your needs.
  • Products: Keep a real-time record of all the products, their status, and notifications.
  • Order: Keep a real-time record of the orders received, and sync it between Shopify, Facebook Shops and Instagram Shopping.
  • Configuration: Keep the tabs for an account, location, or profile configuration.
  • Activities: Keep a real-time record of recent activities and to-do actions.
  • Campaigns: Keep a real-time record of all the campaigns and manage them easily.
  • Pricing: Get a comprehensive overview of the new pricing plans.
  • Help: Raise your concern to the support team through Emails or Query tickets.
  • FAQ: Find all the frequently asked questions, and get instant assistance with your queries.
