What Is a Walmart Tax Code Page?

The Tax Codes page has all the sales tax codes for genre-specific products used in Walmart that a merchant will need for products and shipping. The Sales tax codes enable Walmart to collect proper sales tax from each merchant such that he can remit to the proper tax authorities.

In order to view the Walmart product tax codes

• Go to the Walmart BigCommerce Integration App.
• Click the Products menu followed by The Walmart Tax Codes page.
• It appears as shown in the following figure:

Select the tax code that best suits your product category.
