Submit Shipment or Cancel the Order

To cancel the order or submit shipment

  1. Go to the WooCommerce Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the WWI menu.
  3. In the right panel, click the ORDERS tab, and then fetch the current orders.
    All the fetched orders are listed on the page.
  4. Scroll down to the required order.
  5. In the Action column, click the edit link associated with the required order.
    The Edit Order page appears.
  6. Scroll down to the Manage Marketplace Orders section.
    The page appears as shown in the following figure:

    Admin can cancel the order or can ship the order based on certain requirements.
  7. Click the Cancel Order button to cancel the Order.

  8. Ship the Order with the following steps:
    1. Under Shipment Information, enter the corresponding values in the following fields:
      1. In the Shipping Carrier Type list, select the required option.
      2. In the Shipping Method Code Type list, select the required option.
      3. In the Tracking Number box, enter the tracking number of the package.
      4. In the Tracking URL box, enter the required URL.
      5. In the Ship To Date box, enter the date of shipment.
    2. Under Shipment Items, enter the corresponding values in the following fields:
      1. In the Quantity to Ship box, enter a value.
        The number of a quantity that the user can ship. The value cannot be greater than the Qty Available for Ship value.
      2. In the Quantity to Cancel box, enter a value.
        The number of a quantity that the user wants to reject. The value cannot be greater than the Qty Available for Ship value. The success message appears if the order is shipped successfully.
    3. Click the Submit Shipment button.
