To delete the email template

1. Go to the Admin panel.
2. On the left navigation bar, click the FOLLOWUP menu.
   The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
   
3. Click Email Template.
   The Follow Up Emails page appears as shown in the following figure:
   
   All the available email templates appear on the page.
4. Scroll down to the required email template that has to delete.
5. In the Action column of the row of the required email template, click the arrow next to the Select link, and then click Delete.
   A confirmation dialog box appears as shown in the following figure:
   
6. Click the OK button.
   The tempalte is deleted and removed from the template list available on the Follow Up Emails page.
