Registration and Fruugo Configuration Setup

The merchant has to first create a seller account in the Fruugo seller panel. Once the seller account is created and is approved by Fruugo, then the BigCommerce store owner receives the Fruugo Seller Email ID and Password.

After the Fruugo Marketplace Integration app successful installation in the BigCommerce store, the admin has to follow the Registration process and set up the configuration settings to establish the connection between the BigCommerce store and Fruugo.com. The store owner has to use the provided Fruugo Seller Email ID and Password while setting up the Fruugo Configuration settings.

To follow the registration process and set up the configuration settings

  1. Go to the Bigcommerce store admin panel.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click the My Apps link.

  3. In the right panel, click the Launch button.
    The Step 1: Registration page appears as shown in the following figure:

  4. Enter the following information in the respective fields:
    • First Name: First Name of the Store Owner.
    • Last Name: Last Name of the Store Owner.
    • Store Name: Name of the Shop URL.
    • Mobile: Mobile number of the Store Owner.
    • Email: Email Id of the Store Owner.
    • Annual Revenue: Select the required option from the list.
    • Shipping Source: Select the checkboxes associated with the required shipping source.
      Note: If not Shipwork or Shipstation, then select the checkbox associated with the Other option.
    • Country: Select the required Country from the list.
    • Are you already selling on Fruugo Marketplace?: Select the required option from the available list.
    • How do you integrate with Fruugo Marketplace?: Select the required option from the available list.
    • How did you hear about us?:  Select the required option from the available list.
  5. Under Terms and conditions, read the content and then select the checkbox associated with the I Accept Terms & Conditions text.
  6. Select the Agreement check box.
  7. Click the Next button.
    The Step 2: Enter seller login details page appears as shown in the following figure:

  8. In the Seller mail Address box, enter the email Id of the Seller account provided by Fruugo.
  9. In the Fruugo Password box, enter the password of the Seller account provided by Fruugo.
  10. In the Countrybox, enter the required country code.
  11. Click the Next button.
    The Step 3: Import BigCommerce Products page appears as shown in the following figure:

  12. In theImport Product Options list, select one of the following options:
    • All products: It enables the store owners to import all the BigCommerce store products in the app.
    • Published Products: It enables the store owners to import only those products which are available at the BigCommerce store front-end.
    • Select Products to Import: It enables the store owners to import only those products which they want to upload from their BigCommerce store to the app.
  13. If selected the All Products or the Published Products option, then the page appears as shown in the following figure:

  14. Click the Start Import button.
    The Product Import Status section appears as shown in the following figure:

    OR
  15. If selected the Select Products to Import option, then the page appears as shown in the following figure:

  16. Do one of the following steps:
    1. Select the checkboxes associated with the required product SKU.
      Or
    2. Select the checkbox associated with the SKU label to select all the products listed on the page.
  17. Scroll down to the Start Import button and then click the button.
    The Product Import Status section appears as shown in the following figure:

  18. Click the Next button.
    The Step 4: Category Mapping page appears as shown in the following figure:category mapping in bigcommerce
  19. Under Fruugo Category Name, enter the category name to search, and then click the search
    A category list appears.
  20. Select the required category from the list. Similarly, map other product types of the store to the corresponding fruugo category.
  21. Click the Next button.
    The Fruugo Marketplace Integration App Admin panel appears as shown in the following figure:
